Why Indifference Is Often Felt Inside Us
Many people experience indifference as something that comes from the other.
But what we often call indifference is first registered within ourselves.
The body senses a lack of contact, a loss of resonance,
and the mind translates this sensation into a narrative about the other person.
This does not mean the experience is imaginary.
It means that awareness begins internally, not relationally.
Presence is recognized through inner alignment.
Indifference is felt as a break in that alignment.
Understanding this shifts responsibility —
not toward self-blame,
but toward clarity.
