I Curious began in real life, as a playful expression shared between two new friends.
Whenever something catches our attention, one of us may look at the other and simply say, “I Curious.” The other responds according to how she feels — sometimes joining the curiosity, sometimes not. Over time, the phrase became part of our own small language.
The song takes that moment and lets it grow into an exploration of curiosity itself: opening a door without knowing what is behind it, taking a road we have never taken, asking another question or turning a corner simply because something there makes us want to know more.
There is no promise that what we discover will be important, useful or even interesting. Curiosity does not need that guarantee. Sometimes “I don’t know” is reason enough to look.
