There are people who have been functioning from this frequency for decades.

Not because they reached a higher level, and not because they practiced longer, but because at some point they stopped relocating their center outside themselves.

They did not “arrive” somewhere.
They simply stayed where they already were.

Presence does not reward longevity.
It does not grant seniority.
Someone living from presence for one year and someone living from it for forty years are not operating on different frequencies.

The frequency is the same.
