Is presence a frequency not related to time and what does that actually mean?

Presence is not something that unfolds through duration, effort, or progress.
It does not belong to time.

Time structures experience into past, present, and future.
Presence exists prior to that structure.

When we speak of presence as a frequency, we are describing the quality from which perception arises, not a state achieved over time. It is not something that increases, deepens, or evolves by accumulation. It is something that is recognized and inhabited.

Time belongs to the story of the self.
Presence belongs to the ground in which the story appears.
